Summary
The current version of IronLog stores your app data locally on your device. IronLog USA does not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising network, or cloud database for the app, and does not receive the information you enter.
Information you can enter
You may choose to record workout history, weights, repetitions, training volume, meal and macro information, body weight, body-fat percentage, body measurements, goals, preferences, coach-review notes, credential information entered in the local coach workspace, and exercise demonstration videos.
How the information is stored
This information is stored in the app’s local storage on your iPhone. Imported exercise videos are copied into the app’s private on-device file area. In the current release, submitting a coach-review request creates a record inside the app for use in its on-device coach workspace; it does not send the request to a remote coach or server.
Information we collect
IronLog USA does not collect personal information from the current app release. The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, HealthKit access, cloud synchronization, or remote user accounts.
Sharing and exports
If you intentionally export, share, back up, or transfer information using features provided by iOS or another service, that action is controlled by you and the recipient service’s privacy terms apply. Do not share sensitive fitness information with a coach or another person unless you intend them to receive it.
Retention and deletion
Your information remains on your device until you remove it through the app, delete imported videos, or delete the app and its local data. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple and device-backup settings.
Children
IronLog is intended for adults and older teens using strength-training tools with appropriate supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
No storage method is risk-free. Protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS current. Exercise care before allowing another person to access the on-device coach workspace.
Future features
If IronLog later adds remote coaching, accounts, analytics, cloud storage, HealthKit, or other data-processing features, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before those features are released.
